On the other hand, some students prefer to study at night and believe that they can organize their study times during Ramadan at night more than in the morning. They also see several benefits to studying at night, including:

  •       The quiet of the night hours helps them to concentrate and study with high concentration.

  •       Brain performance decreases significantly at night, because this is the natural sleep time that the body needs.
  •       Feeling a headache.
  •       Overthinking that prevents you from concentrating on studying.
  •       Difficulty concentrating and absorbing a lot of information at night.
  •       Staying up late affects the nervous system and makes a person tense.
