Log in to the student platform

  1. All users (new or existing) must log in to the platform using UAE Pass and the system will automatically guide the user based on the account status as mentioned in the image:

- For students who do not have a UAE Pass account, they must download the UAE Pass Mobile application, then create a new account and activate it through the application, and then they will be able to take the first step.

-If the student's account is active, and if he is a twelfth grade student and registered in the current year, he will be able to book the test.

-If the user who logged in to the system has an account, he will be directed to the home page as shown in the picture.

If the student's account is suspended pending coordinator approval, he will not be able to book and a message will appear explaining this.

People of Determination: If the student is a person of determination and his account is under review, he will not be able to book the test. The following message will appear on his account until it is approved:

Account Upgrade: If the student had a previous account while studying in the twelfth grade and is not registered in the current academic year, he will not be able to book the test and a message will appear on his account to upgrade to a graduate account and this requires updating the personal account data.

In case the user has not previously registered on the Emirates Standard Test platform , he will be directed to the registration form to fill in the data.

Students in the category of children of the first line of defense can register in the system first, then request the required documents on the Contact Us page under the Technical Problems section on the website, and attach a copy of the National Pride Card and birth certificate to be verified and the account updated.

If the student is a person of determination or a child of a female citizen, this must be specified before completing the registration.

Registration of decree holders and special cases (non-Emirati ID holders)

Students who do not hold an Emirates ID must apply through the Contact Us page on the Emirates Standardized Test website and select from the list (Decree Holders, Special Cases Non-Emirati ID Holders). Fill out the Emsat login form and submit it with the requirements for consideration and research.

Update student account information

  • All students can update their profile information by following the steps below:
  1. Update Mobile Number: All students can update their mobile number. The system will send the One Time Password (OTP) to the new mobile number after adding it. On verification of the OTP, the new mobile number will be updated in the system.
  2. Update Email: All students (except non-Emirates ID holders) are requested to update their email. The system will send the One Time Password (OTP) to the new email after adding it. Upon verification of the OTP, the new email will be updated in the system.
  3. After updating your personal data, you can click “Save” to save the data or “Cancel” to cancel the update.

- Grade 12 students can update their education data at any time.

- Graduates of previous years (Injaz) will not be allowed to update the details of the educational institution, unless their account status is still pending approval by the coordinator. Once approved, they cannot update it again. This is to avoid returning the user to the pending approval status if he changes the educational institution. The user can communicate through the Contact Us page on the website in case he wishes to change the educational institution.

Update data of people with disabilities

  1. Students who are not registered as people of determination can upload the required documents and wait for the approval of the Special Education Department.
  1. Students of determination who have obtained (approval, rejection, exemption) can view the application status and download the documents that were previously uploaded. Students whose files were classified as incomplete will be able to upload the missing documents according to the instructions sent to them via SMS by the Special Education Department.

Register for the test session

  1. You can select the subject, department, date and period, and center, then check the approval box and submit.

After booking and confirming it, the page will automatically take you to the payment gateway (if you are eligible to pay), select the payment method (card) and then click on Calculate the price.

After confirming the invoice fees, click on Confirm Payment Process.

The user must enter the payment card details, then click on Pay Now.

On the next page, the user must click Submit.

The user must not leave the payment page until he is redirected back to the student electronic platform, a payment confirmation note will appear on the screen.
