First: General admission requirements

• The student must have a high school diploma, and no more than three years must have passed since graduation in all specializations, except for medicine and dentistry, in which case it must not exceed one year.
• Students applying to the Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry must pay a specific amount that is not refundable in the event of rejection or withdrawal. This amount is a condition for entering the competition.
• Completing all documents according to the required specifications. Any incomplete documents will not be accepted and will be considered outside the competition criteria.
• The applicant must meet the specifications in terms of mental and physical health.
• Admission to specializations is based on competition after filling in the requests and according to the capacity of each specialization.
• If you wish to enroll in one of the university’s programs, the applicant must have graduated from a school accredited by the educational authority, whether the school is inside or outside the Emirates.
• In the case of incoming students, he must have completed 12 years of study and have obtained a general secondary school certificate or its equivalent, approved by the educational authority, with a certificate of his success detailing the grades and approved by the entity from which he obtained it.

Second: Admission requirements to the University of Sharjah for students holding a foreign secondary school certificate

• Completion of 12 years of study, obtaining a high school diploma, and providing proof of that.
• To have an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
• Pass three high level subjects.
• Completion of the study of 6 subjects in the specializations of science, mathematics, social studies and languages ​​distributed among them.
• To be accepted into the Faculty of Medicine or Dentistry, the applicant must have studied biology and chemistry .
