  • D- Studying out loud or writing is better than silent reading in retaining information.
  • Z- Take a break for 5-10 minutes every 45-60 minutes during which you move your body and change your study location, have a light meal or a refreshing drink, and go to bed early to give your body and mind enough rest, which helps you remember information.
  • l- Consider sleep cycles
  • M- The sleep cycle lasts for 90 minutes. Waking up during the sleep cycle causes you to wake up exhausted, so make sure to set the alarm after multiples of an hour and a half: 4 and a half hours, 6 hours, 7 and a half hours... and so on.

Tips for the morning of the achievement test

  • A- On the day of the achievement test, you should wake up early enough before the exam time, and limit your morning review to the essentials.
  • B- Eat a nutritious and low-fat breakfast.
  • C- Avoid negative, discouraging talk, shouting and swearing. Go to the exam well before the scheduled time to avoid rushing, which increases tension, while taking into account any emergencies or traffic congestion on the road.
  • D- Avoid reviewing with friends before taking the exam, to prevent distraction and conflicting information.
