Initial admission requirements:
The student's percentage in high school should not be less than 80%;

College of Medicine and Health Sciences Admission Requirements:
First: the advanced path:

Third: College of Administration and Economics:
- Pass the Emirates Standardized Test in Mathematicsemsat math or its equivalent with a score of 900.
- Pass the Emirates Standard Arabic Test or its equivalent with a score of 900.
Fourth: College of Law:
- Pass the Emirates Standardized Test in Mathematics emsat math or its equivalent with a score of 700.
- Pass the Emirates Standardized Test in Arabic emsatarabic or its equivalent with a score of 1100.
Fifth: College of Engineering:

Seventh: College of Humanities and Social Sciences:

Eighth: College of Science:
- Passing the Emirates Standard Mathematics Exam emsat math exam or its equivalent with a score of 1100.
- The EmSAT Chemistry or Physics and Biology exams and its equivalent with a score of 500.
Ninth: College of Medicine and Health Sciences:
- Pass the Emirates Standardized Test in Arabic or its equivalent with a score of 900.

Second: Khalifa University of Science and Technology:
Conditions for admission of undergraduate students:
The application for admission to the university must be submitted within a maximum period of two years from the date of graduation from high school.
Obtaining a high school certificate according to the academic system as shown: (The advanced track with a general average of at least 80% - the general track with a rate of no less than 95%, with a score of at least 90% in mathematics and science, in addition to passing National exams (EMSAT) in all the following subjects: Mathematics with a score of 875, Physics with a score of 600, Arabic language with a score of 900, and English with a score of 1100 or its equivalent certified by the Ministry of Education in the UAE)
Khalifa University General Admission Criteria:
After the student fulfills the previous admission requirements, he must:
- Pass a math exam in algebra and principles of calculus.
- Passing the national tests (EMSAT) in the English language with a score of 1100 or obtaining an IBT TOEFL certificate with a score of no less than 61 or an IELTS academic certificate with a score of no less than 5.

Admission requirements for undergraduate and diploma programs:
All applicants must fulfill the following basic entry requirements:
- The date of obtaining the high school certificate or its equivalent should not have passed more than three years when the student applied to the university for all programs except for the faculties of medicine and dentistry, where it is required that no more than one year have passed Since the date of obtaining the high school certificate or its equivalent when applying to the university.
- The student should not have previously been dismissed from the University of Sharjah, another university, a community college, or a higher institute for disciplinary or academic reasons.
- The student must be healthy, physically and mentally fit to join the university according to the desired specialization.
- The applicant shall specify in the application for admission to the colleges in order of priority of his desire to join each of them.
- Accepted students are distributed to the colleges of the university within the limits of the numbers to be accepted in each college according to the absorptive capacity of each program, according to the priorities of their desires and the sequence of their rates. Admission is done on a competitive basis.
- The student must submit an application to the Admission Department, complete all required documents on the specified dates, and pay the application fee (300 UAE dirhams), which is non-refundable.
- The student's fulfillment of the conditions for admission to the required specialization, the submission of an application for admission, and obtaining a university number does not mean acceptance at the university. Rather, the student is finally accepted if the competition criteria are met and seat reservation fees are paid. (An initial payment of tuition fees is calculated in the event of attendance, and is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or non-enrollment at the university).
- Students applying to join the faculties of medicine and dentistry must pay a non-refundable amount of (1,500 AED). If the application to enter the competition is rejected
- Students will not be allowed to register distances or obtain university cards before completing the required documents.
First: Higher College of Technology:
Students who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for admission to the Higher Colleges of Technology, in accordance with the admission policy and the regulations of study programs at the Higher Colleges of Technology:
- Obtaining a high school diploma with a minimum average of 60% or its equivalent.
- Performing the Emirates Standardized Test (EMSAT) in English or its equivalent.
These operations are carried out according to the following mechanisms and criteria:
- Accelerated Track: “Applied Bachelor” programs allow for a Bachelor’s degree in a shorter period of time.
- Graduates of the Ministry of Education Elite track or equivalent.
- Graduates of the Ministry of Education in the advanced track or its equivalent, after making sure of (obtaining a minimum general secondary average of 90% and obtaining a minimum score of 1250 in the EMSAT English Language Test or its equivalent.
- Applied track: Diploma/Higher Diploma/Applied Bachelor programs.
Graduates of the Ministry of Education in the advanced track or its equivalent, according to the following criteria:
- Obtaining a high school average of 60% as a minimum to enroll in all study programs except for engineering technology programs.
- Obtaining a minimum GPA of 70% for enrolling in engineering technology programs.
- A minimum score of 850 in the EMSAT - English or equivalent for other programmes.
Graduates of the Ministry of Education in the general track or its equivalent, after ensuring (obtaining a minimum high school rate of 70% to enroll in all academic programs, except for engineering technology programs. Obtaining a high school average of 90% as a minimum , and obtaining a minimum mark of 1250 in EmsatEnglishexam or equivalent.
Requirements for admission to engineering technology programs include the following:
- Obtaining a minimum secondary rate of 80%.
- A minimum score of 800 on the EMSAT Math test.
- A minimum score of 750 in the EMSAT Physics test or a minimum score of 600 in the EMSAT Chemistry test.
- A minimum score of 850 in the EMSAT English Language Test or equivalent.
Admission to the Bachelor of Education program (Preliminary Education) requires the following:
- Obtaining a high school average of 70% as a minimum for the advanced track, and a rate of 75% for the general track or its equivalent.
- A minimum score of 800 in the EMSAT Arabic test.
- A minimum score of 850 on the EMSAT English Language Test, or equivalent.
The requirements for admission to the Bachelor of Pharmacy program are the following:
- Obtaining a high school average of 85% as a minimum for the advanced track, or its equivalent.
- A minimum score of 1100 on the EMSAT English Test or equivalent.
Fatima College of Health Sciences:
Admission requirements and majors offered:
- Certificate of completion of secondary school studies attested by the Ministry of Education.
Acceptance of female citizens and children of female citizens on the following conditions:
- Passing the general track with an average of 80% in the majors: (Nursing, Radiology, Medical Ambulance and Emergency).
- Pass the general track with an average of:
- 80% in specializations: (pharmacy, physical therapy, psychology, radiology and medical imaging).
- 75% in medical ambulance and emergency specialization.
- 70% in Nursing.
- A minimum score of 900 on the EMSAT for the Foundation Program for female citizens only.
- A high school equivalency certificate for private schools that do not follow the government curriculum:
- A minimum grade of C in science subjects for the British Curriculum 5 as a minimum for the IB.
- A percentage of not less than 80% for the American curriculum.
Conditions for admission of non-national female students in all disciplines who have the advanced track with an average of 90%:
- Obtaining a score of 1100 in the Emirates Standard Test - EMSAT as a minimum for admission to the college’s majors.
- Obtaining a score of 1100 in the Emirates Standard Test - English Language (EMSAT) as a minimum for admission to the college’s majors.
- A citizen student is accepted into the foundation stage program for a period of six months (two semesters) if she obtains an EMS English score of 900 or IELTS 4.5.
